I have not yet been to a 5 Rhythms event and from the way they has been described to me, I don't know whether to put them under freesyle dance or structered dance or dance class. The sound a lot like Dance Away and the DVD I saw looked a lot like Dance Away but most of them call themselves classes ... So I put them in a list of their own.
